Your Board of Directors is pleased to update you on a few projects that have been in the planning stage for many months.
First - the pool has been completely resurfaced. We look forward to opening it up after the county gives us the “All Clear” - thumbs up.
Second - we have received a positive response to the new lighting around the community.
Third - when we began working with the new Board of Directors in January 2020, the elevators were continuously breaking down. We have worked with FPL to place surge protectors on each building, and the emergency calls have almost been eliminated.
Fourth, as you may have noticed the sidewalks are in a holding pattern waiting for permits from the city. Unfortunately the shutdown of departments has caused a delay with engineering / survey studies required for each permit. This should be underway and completed within the next few weeks.

There is a private OWNER portal and you will use your name and address to login. Once approved, all of the Association Documents can be found on this site.
We have also created a Private Facebook Group, as a courtesy for your community. We believe that for many that use FB regularly it will become a quick way to send out notifications.
